Pretty flat and grassy trail, there are many paths leading off the trail which will lead you to a field, nothing special if you do, if you continue on the main trail for about 3 miles you'll come up to Ethan Allen Homestead. from there you can either continue along Rt 127 heading East or West, east would backtrack you towards the Interval, and west would bring you to Ethan Allen Park.
Heading north on interstate 89, get off on Exit 15, which is Winooski / Colchester, stay in the middle lane and take a left off the ramp, youâll continue on until you come to a giant Roundabout, go through and head downhill. Youâll cross the Winooski bridge staying in the right lane, continue up this street (Riverside Ave) and one you come up to Shell gas station youâll see Interval Ave on your right. Head down this hill, and youâll come across the sign stating Interval Bike Trail.
